Santa Lucia signed Brazilian twenty four year old left back Carlos Gabriel Moreira de Oliveira.

Hulk started his career at Atletico Mineiro and after playing for Parana moved to FC Porto B. He returned to Brazil earlier this year, playing for Cianorte and Anapolis.

Santa Lucia, who have appointed Alessandro Zinnari as their new coach, had earlier secured the services of Steve Pisani, Tatsuro Nagamatsu, Mattias Ellul, Sven Xerri, Adam Bradshaw, Jed Valletta and Evandro Pinto Gomes. Bradshaw and Evandro move to the club on loan from Balzan while Xerri and Valletta join the club on loan from Hamrun Spartans and Birkirkara respectively
