Valletta secured the services of Argentine twenty four year old attacking midfielder Santiago Adrian Ferraris.

Ferraris had played in Argentina before moving to Marsaxlokk last summer, leaving a very good impression throughout the 2022/23 campaign.

The Citizens had earlier signed Juan Bolanos, Federico Dario Jose Vega, Fernando Omar Barrientos, Victor Luiz Prestes Filho, Diego Cardoso, Luka Susnjara, Neil Anthony Micallef and Jake Galea.
