Marsaxlokk won the Gammari Muscat Mosta Tournament after defeating Santa Lucia 1-0 at the Charles Abela Stadium on Saturday.

The Southseasiders had won Group B after defeating Gudja United 2-0, Valletta 1-0 and Sliema Wanderers 1-0 while in Group A, Santa Lucia had beaten Sirens 2-0, Mosta 1-0 and Naxxar Lions 7-1.

In the match for third place, Valletta defeated Mosta 2-1. The Citizens had kicked-off his commitments with a 1-0 win over Sliema and after losing narrowly to Marsaxlokk, they beat Gudja United 3-1. On the other hand, Mosta drew 3-3 with Naxxar, lost narrowly to Santa Lucia and defeated Sirens 2-1.

Sirens settled for fifth place thanks to a 3-1 win over Sliema Wanderers while Gudja United placed seventh thanks to a 1-0 win over Naxxar Lions.
