Zachary Scerri (Gzira) and Steve Pisani (Santa Lucia) were handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the weekend’s matches.

Scerri and Pisani will miss the games against Balzan and Hibernians respectively.

In the Challenge League, Thomas Francis Grech (Fgura), Tensior Gusman (Marsa), Tyrone Fenech (Senglea) and Josmar Galea (Zejtun) were also banned for one match.

On the other hand, Mellieha duo Russell Dimech and Jacob Farrugia were both banned for three matches while Kyle Sciberras Balbii (Pembroke), Clyde Bouvet (Rabat), Clyde Aquilina (Sta. Venera) and Liam Ciantar (Vittoriosa) were suspended for one match.
