Four Premier League players suspended

Four Premier League players were handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the weekend’s matches.

Momcilo Raso (Balzan), Oualid El Hasni (Floriana), Abou Toure (Gudja) and Ryan Scicluna (Marsaxlokk) are therefore ruled out of this weekend’s matches.

El Hasni will miss the clash with Valletta, Raso the game against Sirens, Toure the clash with Naxxar and Scicluna the game against Gzira.

Meanwhile in the Challenge League, Clayton Giordimaina and Leon Muscat (Lija), Samuel Buhagiar (Zabbar) and Randall Vella (Zebbug) were suspended for one match while Lija official Larken Micallef was banned for two matches.

On the other hand, Jordi Farrugia (Mdina), Nikolai Farrugia Cross (Mqabba), Josuel Spiteri (Mtarfa), Jordan Vella (Pembroke), Calvin Mallia (Qrendi), Zachary Tanti (Rabat), Shylon Vella (Siggiewi), Nestor Luis Silva (Xghajra), Kyle Frendo (Mgarr) and Aymen Maatoug (Ta’ Xbiex) were suspended for one match in the National Amateur League
