Balzan signed Belgian twenty eight year old midfielder Olivier Rommens.

After playing at youth level for KFC Ranst and Lierse SK in Belgium, he moved to PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands where he played for their youth teams before joining NAC Breda. He had a spell with TOP Oss but then moved to Lithuania to join FK Suduva but last year moved to Kalju FC in Estonia.

Balzan had earlier signed Eui-gwon Han.
