Thirteen Premier League clubs, two Challenge League sides and another from the National Amateur League will be battling out for a place in the quarter-finals of the IZIBET FA Trophy as the Round of 16 will be played this week.
The sixteen teams in the Round of 16 are Premier League sides Balzan, Birkirkara, Floriana, Gudja United, Gzira United, Hamrun Spartans, Hibernians, Marsaxlokk, Mosta, Santa Lucia, Sirens, Sliema Wanderers and Valletta, Challenge League sides Swieqi United and Zebbug Rangers and Amateur League side Mgarr United.
Tuesday’s matches feature two clashes between Premier League clubs – Birkirkara and Sirens, Mosta and Valletta. In the other two matches, Floriana and Marsaxlokk will be facing Zebbug Rangers and Swieqi United respectively.
On Wednesday, Gzira United take on Hibernians and Sliema Wanderers cross swords with Balzan while Santa Lucia face Mgarr United.
The last game from the Round of 16 between Hamrun Spartans and Gudja United is scheduled for Thursday.

The Quarter Finals are scheduled for March 30 and April 1, the Semi Finals on May 11 and 12 and the Final on May 18.
