A protest filed by Marsaxlokk FC following the BOV Premier League match against Sirens played on February 11th 2024 was not upheld by the Malta FA Protests Board during a hearing which was held on Friday.

Marsaxlokk, like Mosta, had filed the protest over the alleged ineligibility of a Sirens FC player. 

Therefore the result of the said match, a 1-1 draw, stands.
