The Malta Football Association announced that the IZIBET Amateur League Play-Outs which would determine which teams will be playing in the Amateur League 1 and avoid relegation to Amateur League 2 will now be played on Tuesday April 23.
Three of the four teams in the Play-Outs are confirmed as Pembroke Athleta finished eighth in Group A while St. George’s and Vittoriosa Stars placed seventh and eighth respectively in Group B.
A decider is necessary in Group A as Rabat Ajax and Mqabba finished joint-sixth. This will be played on Thursday at the Victor Tedesco Stadium, kick-off at 20:00.

The Play-Outs are now scheduled for Tuesday 23 as St. George’s face Pembroke Athleta at the Charles Abela Stadium at 20:15 while Rabat or Mqabba take on Vittoriosa Stars at the Victor Tedesco Stadium at 19:30.
