Seven Premier League players suspended

Seven Premier League players were handed a one-match ban after the weekend’s matches from the BOV Premier League.

The players are Ryohei Michibuchi (Balzan), Emerson Marcelina and Roko Prsa (Hamrun), Bradley Farrugia (Mosta), Abraham Temitope Ojo (Santa Lucia), Gustavo Alcino (Sliema) and Juan Bolanos (Valletta).

Santa Lucia official Alessandro Longo was banned for two matches.

In the Challenge League, Alilu Issaka (Senglea), Keith Fedele (Attard), Erjon Beu and Leon Muscat (Lija), Kyle Mercieca (Luqa), Jean Carlos Cloth Goncalves (Tarxien) were all handed a one-match ban.

Luqa official Nathanael Falzon was banned for one match. 

In the Amateur League, Anthony Spiteri (Mdina) was suspended for four matches while Francesco Gusman (Xghajra), Nestor Luis Silva Canas (Kirkop) and Daniel Zarb (San Gwann) were banned for one match.
