The Malta Football Association released the fixtures for the IZIBET Amateur League Play-Outs which would determine which teams will be playing in the Amateur League 1 and avoid relegation to Amateur League 2.
Three of the four teams in the Play-Outs are confirmed as Pembroke Athleta finished eighth in Group A while St. George’s and Vittoriosa Stars placed seventh and eighth respectively in Group B.
A decider is necessary in Group A as Rabat Ajax and Mqabba finished joint-sixth. This will be played on Thursday at the Victor Tedesco Stadium, kick-off at 20:00.

The Play-Outs are scheduled for Sunday 21 as St. George’s face Pembroke Athleta at 14:00 and Rabat or Mqabba take on Vittoriosa Stars at 16:30. Both matches will be played at the Sirens Stadium.

Meanwhile the IZIBET Amateur League Championship Decider between Group A winners Mtarfa and Group B winners Mgarr United will be played on Saturday 20 at the Centenary Stadium, kick-off at 16:00.

The National Amateur Cup semi-finals between St. George’s and Mgarr United and Kirkop United and Marsaskala are scheduled for Wednesday 17 at the Centenary Stadium and Victor Tedesco Stadium respectively. Both matches kick-off at 20:00.
The final will be played on Sunday 28 at the Centenary Stadium at 14:00.
