Zabbar St. Patrick announced that Aniello Parisi has been appointed as their new coach. He replaces Portuguese coach João Pedro de Oliveira Janeiro whose contract has been terminated by mutual consent.

Parisi worked at Rende, Crotone and Roma at youth level before an experience at Swift Hesperange in Luxembourg. He returned to Italy to join the Torino youth sector. Last season, he was a member of the technical staff of Cosenza and earlier this season, he had a short spell as assistant coach of Sint-Truiden in Belgium.

Zabbar are currently bottom of the 360Sports Malta Premier table, collecting just four points in a 2-0 win over Balzan and a 3-3 draw with Naxxar Lions.
