Attard and Qrendi are the first semi-finalists of the BOV National Amateur Cup as they registered wins in the quarter-finals on Saturday.

Goals by David Azzopardi on the 9th and Bledi Alla on the 22nd handed Attard a 2-0 win over Xghajra Tornados at the Luxol Stadium.

On the other hand, Qrendi came from behind to beat Kercem Ajax 4-1 at the Kercem Ajax Stadium. Cesinha put Kercem ahead on the 27th bu five minutes later, Brandon Bray equalised and two minutes from the end of the first half, Gianfranco Micallef made it 2-1. Leo Salgado and Ayesller Carvalho increased the lead with goals on the 53rd and 66th.
