Marsaxlokk attacking midfielder Yuri Messias has been named the LifeStar Most Valuable Player for November.
His exceptional performances during the month, particularly in victories over Balzan (2-1), and reigning champions Ħamrun Spartans (3-2), where he was also named MVP in both matches, secured him this prestigious award.
Out of 56 votes casted by stakeholders, Yuri received 22 votes, finishing ten votes ahead of runner-up Emerson Marcelina (Ħamrun Spartans), who earned 12 votes, while Floriana’s Carlo Zammit Lonardelli placed third with seven votes.
The November MVP award was presented to Yuri Messias on Sunday afternoon by LifeStar Insurance CEO Roberto Apap Bologna, ahead of Marsaxlokk’s 1-1 draw with Naxxar Lions at the Centenary Stadium.
