Eight players were handed a one-match ban following the last round of matches from the 360Sports Malta Premier Opening Round.
Alexandros Kouros (Floriana), Miullen (Hibernians), Thaylor (Gzira), Lucas Lopez and Jai Quitongo (Marsaxlokk), Jesus Yepez (Melita), Joao Pedro and Brian Gambarte (Zabbar) were all handed a one-match ban and will miss the first game of the Closing Round.
In the Challenge League, Fredrick Tabone (Mtarfa) was banned for three matches while Gabriel Aquilina (Marsa), Ayrton Senna Azzopardi (Mtarfa), Ricardo Correa (St. Andrews), Manji Williams (Tarixen) and Jamie Zerafa (Zurrieq) were suspended for one match.
Pieta’ official Sheldon Grech was also suspended for one match.
In the IZIBET Amateur League 1, Maverick Cassar (Pembroke) was handed a three-match ban while Josmar Galea (Attard), Samuel Saldanha and Kyle Tanti (Birzebbuga), Sherif Mohammed Iddrisu (Luqa), Sebastian Perdomo (Mellieha), Nathan Mangion (Msida), Jeremy Busuttil (Vittoriosa), Clyde Bouvet and Adrian Carabott (Zejtun) were suspended for one match.
Luqa official Godfrey Borg was suspended for four matches.
On the other hand, Emmanuel Cutajar (Ghaxaq), Gilfred Gatt (Dingli), Andriy Pisani (Kalkara), Gabriel Sant (Mqabba), Andre Farrugia (Siggiewi) and Jorge Carreno (Sta. Venera) were banned for one match in the IZIBET Amateur League 2.
