Champions Luxol St Andrew’s registered a most comfortable 13-2 win over Marsaskala Legends in the Enemed Futsal League.

Maicon Da Silva Gaiewski stood out for the St Andrew’s side as he scored three goals while Victor Oliveira Dias and Celino Alves found the net twice. Everton da Silva Santos, Mark Zammit, Luke Gatt, Marrwan Telisi, Andy Mangion and an own goal by Dale Valletta completed the score for Luxol. Amir Ashtiyani scored the two goals for the Southseasiders.

Swieqi United Futsal LEC 07 defeated Ta’ Xbiex Futsal 6-1.

Prolific scorer Karl Luke Schembri notched a hat-trick while Guillherme Fonseca, Marcelo Alarcon and Gregory Busuttil scored the other three goals for Swieqi. George Frendo scored the only goal for Ta’ Xbiex.

University of Malta beat the Maltese Under-17 selection 5-1.

Cleavon Portelli scored twice with Anthony Luke Borg, Steven Camilleri and Mohamed Elamari scoring the other goals. Luke Urpani scored the only goal for the young Maltese.
