Victoria Hotspurs secured promotion to the Amateur League 1 as they defeated Ghaxaq 4-0 in a match from the IZIBET Amateur League 2 at the Centenary Stadium on Friday.
Rondinely put the Hotspurs ahead after just one minute and Emmanuel Mbong scored twice on 11 and 16 minutes. Wellington sealed the issue with a fourth goal on 58 minutes.
Meanwhile in another match, a brace by Mark Martin on 69 and 86 minutes handed Kalkara United a 2-0 win over Dingli Swallows.
