Under-21 coach Mazzotta names 28-man provisional squad ahead of San Marino friendlies

Malta Under-21 Coach Davide Mazzotta has announced a provisional 28-man squad ahead of the upcoming double-header friendlies against San Marino.

Malta will be facing San Marino away at the Stadio Ezio Conti in Dogana in the June international window.

The U21 team will first be taking on San Marino on Wednesday 4th June 2025, with kick-off at 18:00hrs. This will be followed by a second match on Saturday 7th June 2025, with the same kick-off time (18:00hrs).

This will serve as Coach Mazzotta’s second international window in charge of the U21 National Team, having led them to a 1-1 draw in an international friendly against Estonia last March. It will also be vital in helping the young team gain more international experience.
