Tarxien Rainbows FC secured the services of Brazilian twenty nine year old attacking midfielder Bruno da Cruz.

Throughout his career, Bruno da Cruz played for Itabiana, Sao Bernardo, Boa Esporte, Inter Limeira, Nacional, Gloria, Anapolis and Operario in Brazil, Thonon Évian Grand Genève FC in France, FK Skopje in North Macedonia and following a spell in Gozo with Kercem Ajax and later with Ghajnsielem, he joined Persita in Indonesia.

Tarxien, who have confirmed coach Jacques Scerri, had earlier signed goalkeepers Andrea Cassar and Miguel Spiteri, Marcus Grima, William James England, Andreas Vella, Luke Anthony Borg, Kyle Gatt, Kwasi Donsu and Johan Castano and confirmed Matthew Tabone, Miguel D’Alessandro, Sheldon Mizzi and Claudio Murici.
