Hamrun Spartans secured the services of Italian eighteen year old forward Gabriel Antonino Adragna.

Adragna started his career at Trapani but went on to play for Pescara, Ascoli, Rimini, Messina and Igea Virtus

The Spartans had earlier appointed Giacomo Modica as their new coach and signed Vincenzo Polito, Jonny Robert, Matias Garcia, Domantas Šimkus, Rafael Compri, Mouad El Fanis, Merlin Hadzi, N’Dri Koffi, Saliou Thioune and Junior Djile with Steve Borg, Mattias Ellul, Mayron, Roko Prsa, Elionay, Mihael Klepac, Talison, Cesar Menachio and Raphael Lopes, not retained or moving elsewhere.
