Following a meeting held at the end of July, the Malta FA Licensing Board took notice of the fact that Mtarfa FC and Marsa FC still had outstanding obligations, including overdue payables up to December 2024.

The board therefore decided that:

Mtarfa FC will be subject to a six (6) point deduction;

Marsa FC will be subject to a two (2) point deduction.

These decisions by the Licensing Board are subject to appeal.
