Gżira United’s experienced left wing-back Clayton Failla has been named the LifeStar Insurance Best Player for October.

That month marked Gżira’s resurgence, which coincided with the return of Darren Abdilla as Head Coach.

Throughout October, Failla delivered a series of impressive performances, helping his side remain unbeaten — securing a 4-3 win over Mosta (MW8), a 3-1 victory against Tarxien Rainbows (MW9), and earning a valuable 1-1 draw with Valletta (MW10), where he was also voted Most Valuable Player.

The presentation to Clayton Failla as the LifeStar Insurance Best Player for October, was held at the LifeStar Insurance offices, with LifeStar Insurance CEO Jonathan Camilleri making the presentation.
