Champions Floriana, runners-up Marsaxlokk and third-placed Hamrun Spartans will know their opponents in the first qualifying round as the draws of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Conference League will be held on Tuesday afternoon.
In the UEFA Champions League first qualifying round, teams were divided into two groups of 14 teams.
In Group 1, Floriana are unseeded in the UEFA Champions League first qualifying round and would therefore meet one team among Shamrock Rovers, KuPS Kuopio, Lincoln Red Imps, Riga FC, Flora Tallinn, Larne FC and The New Saints.
In the UEFA Conference League first qualifying round, teams were divided into four groups of ten teams and one group of twelve.
Marsaxlokk are unseeded in Group and would meet one of the seeded sides, namely FK Astana, Pyunik Yerevan, Dinamo Minsk, Dila Gori and AtlΓ¨tic Club d’Escaldes.
Hamrun Spartans are seeded in Group 5 and would therefore face one of the unseeded sides, namely Europa FC, KF Malisheva, UNA Strassen, Penybont, NSI Runavik and Nomme Kalju.
Valletta, on the other hand, enter the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League – the draws for which will be held on Wednesday.
The UEFA Champions League first qualifying round will be played on July 7/8 and 14/15 while the first qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League will be played on July 9 and 16.
The draws of the UEFA Champions League first qualifying round will be held at 16:00 and that of the UEFA Conference League at 18:00.
