Hibernians secured the services of twenty two year old Belgian attacking midfielder Mouad El Fanis.

A product of Club Brugge, El Fanis then moved to Standard Liege where he played for them at youth level and for their second team, Standard de Liège 16 FC. He moved to Hamrun Spartans last summer but was released earlier this summer.

The Paolites had earlier appointed Tuğberk Tanrıvermiş as their new coach and signed Joseph Mbong, Nathan Agius, Leandro Lacunza, Alex Sobczyk, Joy-Slayd Mickels, Fabian Jankovic, Boris Druga, Jamie Wahling, Ryder Matos, Olivier N’Zi, Moritz Römling and goalkeepers Matteo Cardinali and Pablo Sanchez.
