Hamrun Spartans won the second edition of the Powerade Cup after defeating Floriana in the final which was held on Friday.

The clash ended in a 1-1 draw, goals by Ryan Fenech for Hamrun and Micheal Mecerad for Floriana. Hamrun then won 5-4 on penalties.

Vittoriosa Stars placed third after beating Qormi 1-0, courtesy of a goal by Vladimir Bulatovic.
