Fourth win for Nadur Youngsters

Gozo StadiumNadur Youngsters keep marching on in the Melita First Division in Gozo thanks to a 3-1 win over Munxar Falcons. 

David Fenech put the Youngsters ahead just before half time and the same player doubled the score two minutes in the second half. Jonathan Soares scored a third goal on the hour with Paul Anthony Attard scoring a consolation goal six minutes from time. 

A goal on the 29th minute by Dene Shields have Xewkija Tigers a narrow win over SK Victoria Wanderers. They are now second on 8 points, four behind the leaders and one ahead of Oratory Youths and Victoria Hotspurs. 

The Hotspurs defeated Xaghra United 4-0 thanks to goals by Saturday Nanapere on the 19th and 57th, Noel Borg on the 38th and Daniel Borg on the 66th. 

In another match, Oratory Youths and Kercem Ajax shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw. Shaun Attard put Oratory ahead on the 41st but Mario Mifsud equalised on the 70th. Petar Kyumyurdzhiev and Manuel Tabone were sent off for Kercem two minutes from time. 

Meanwhile in the Melita Second Division, Sannat Lions defeated Zebbug Rovers 1-0 thanks to a penalty by Fernando De Andrade on 58 minutes. 

In another match, St. Lawrence Spurs defeated Ghajnsielem 3-1. Daniel Pace out the Spurs ahead on 18 minutes. Mambaye Boye doubled the score on 53 minutes and nine minutes later, Daniel Pace made it 3-0. Maurilio de Jesus pulled one back for the Blacks on the 72nd.
