Another 4-0 defeat for Under-19s

UEFAUnder19The Malta Under-19 side lost its second game from the UEFA Under-19 Championship Group 13 qualifying round mini-tournament, losing 4-0 to Ukraine at the Rubin Stadium in Kazan, Russia.

Artur Miranyan put Ukraine ahead on the half-hour. Artem Radchenko doubled the score on the 61st minute and added another seven minutes later. Ihor Kharatin sealed the issue with a fourth goal seven minutes from time.

Malta plays the third and final match against Estonia on Tuesday. Estonia lost 1-3 to Ukraine and 1-5 to Russia in the first two matches.
