Kirkop United and leaders Attard registered comfortable wins in the two matches from the BOV Third Division at the Sirens Stadium on Saturday.

A Dylan Tanti penalty on the 18th minute paved the way for Kirkop United as they beat Mtarfa 4-0. Karl Caruana doubled the score on the 41st. Two minutes in the second half, Kenneth Ekezie scored a third goal with Tanti adding another six minutes from time.

On the other hand, Attard registered their fifth consecutive win as they defeated Mdina Knights 3-0. Nicholas Schembri scored on the 63rd to put Attard ahead, Bledi Alla doubled the score on 78th and Schembri added another on the 88th.

Attard lead the way with 15 points, followed by Kirkop on 11, Gharghur, Ghaxaq, Msida and Siggiewi 10, Marsaskala 9, Mtarfa and Dingli 3, Sta. Venera and Mdina 2, Ta’ Xbiex 0.
