Luxol maintain a nine-point lead over Valletta as they defeated University of Malta Futsal team 10-1 in one of the two matches from the Elite League.

Celino Alves notched a hat-trick for Luxol with Zvezdan Vukovic and Maicon Silva scoring two each with Mark Zammit, Marwan Telisi and Andy Mangion scoring the other three goals. Denis Di Maio scored UoM’s only goal.

In another match, Valletta returned to winning ways as they defeated Swieqi United 2-0 courtesy of first half goals by Kurt Bartolo and Mohammed Lamari.

Meanwhile in the Amateur League, Marsaskala defeated Qormi 6-3 while leaders Luxol Futsal Team B kept marching on with a 3-2 win over South Boys.
