Attard, Siggiewi and Kirkop registered wins in the BOV Third Division on Sunday.

Leaders Attard defeated Sta. Venera Lightnings 3-0 at the Luxol Stadium. Jurgen Gauci put Attard ahead on the 5th minute and four minutes later, Nicholas Schembri doubled the score. Bledi Alla sealed the issue with a third goal on the 35th.

At the Sirens Stadium, Msida St. Joseph and Gharghur shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw. Lian Xuereb handed Msida the lead five minutes in the second half but Dylan Mintoff levelled matters on the hour.

A goal by Gilbert Camilleri on the 62nd minute and a penalty by Leider Manuel Canate Vega handed Siggiewi a 2-0 win over Mdina Knights at the Luxol Stadium while at the Sirens Stadium, Kirkop United defeated Ta’ Xbiex 2-0 thanks to goals by Jonathan Bugeja on the 4th minute and Karl Caruana on the 48th.

Attard lead the way with 34 points, followed by Siggiewi on 32, Kirkop and Gharghur 29, Msida 26, Dingli and Ghaxaq 24, Marsaskala 21, Mdina 11, Mtarfa 10, Sta. Venera 6 and Ta’ Xbiex 4.
