Mosta scored twice in the second half to beat Santa Lucia 2-0 in a match from the Round of 16 of the Malta FA Trophy at the National Stadium on Wednesday.

For Mosta, who had defeated holders Balzan in the previous round, this was the second win in five days over Santa Lucia.

Following a goalless first half, Christ Evo Ememe put Mosta ahead on the 53rd minute and three minutes in added time, Matias Muchardi sealed the issue with a second goal.
