The Malta Football Association announced that the BOV Premier League match Valletta FC vs Ħamrun Spartans FC in programme at the National Stadium has been postponed amid safety concerns caused by the extensive damage caused by the inclement weather and gale-force winds

The Malta FA has taken this decision to ensure the safety of the general public, which is of paramount importance, and following the necessary consultations.

The BOV Challenge League matches due to be played at the Centenary Stadium were also postponed. The games are Fgura United vs Senglea Athletic and Marsaxlokk FC vs Naxxar Lions.
