Montenegro scored three in each half as they defeated Malta 6-0 in an Under-21 friendly match at the Centenary Stadium on Monday.
It was a disappointing performance by the team led by Gilbert Agius following the good comeback in the 2-2 draw with Cyprus on Saturday.
The visitors took the lead on the 15th minute thanks to Nikola Jancic who beat goalkeeper Matthias Debono from close range.
Five minutes later,, Dusan Vukovic doubled the score with a shot from the edge of the area.
Andrija Radulovic made it 3-0 on the 31st, beating Debono with an angled shot from the right.
Seven minutes from the end of the first half, Malta went close with an Andrea Zammit effort, served by Aleandro Garzia, but goalkeeper Nikola Ivezic performed a good save.

Montenegro extended the lead four minutes in the second half when in attempt to clear the ball into safety, Aleandro Garzia deflected the ball off a cross by Igor Pajovic into the net for an own goal.
On the hour, Andrija Radulovic scored his second goal,, beating substitute goalkeeper Miguel Spiteri with a rising shot wehn served by Dejan Perovic.
Fifteen minutes from time, Montenegro scored their sixth goal, courtesy of Nikola Jovicevic who headed the ball home off a cross by Pajovic.
