St. George’s moved second in Group B of the IZIBET Amateur League, one point behind leaders Mgarr United as they defeated Ta’ Xbiex 4-0 at the Luxol Stadium on Saturday.

Meanwhile in Group A, Mqabba stunned Rabat Ajax with three goals in the first fifteen minutes to beat them 3-0 at the Sirens Stadium. Ishmael Galea opened the score on the 2nd, Kurt Vella made it 2-0 on the 6th and Dylan Zarb scored a third goal on the 15th
