Marsaxlokk secured the services of twenty three year old central defender Sami El Anabi.
El Anabi, who holds a dual Belgian and Moroccan passport, started his career in Belgium where he played for Standard Liege, CS Vise, CS Santos Tilman, RFC Huy and Excelsior Virton. He moved to SPain where he played for Real Aviles. Later he played for Cherno More and Spartak Varna in Bulgaria, Wydad AC and AS Sale in Morocco.
The Southseasiders, who had signed Karl Micallef last week, had also signed Nikola Raden.
The Serbian twenty-seven year old central defender played for FK Novi Sad, RFK Novi Sad, ZSK Zabalj, Beocin, Radnicki 1923 and FK Indjija in Serbia.
