Floriana secured the services of Greek twenty nine year old forward Christos Rovas.

Rovas spent most of his career in Greece where he played for Panserraikos, Sidirokastro, Pannaxiakos, AO Giouchtas, Ionikos Nikeas, Apollon 1926, Ermis Zonianon, Iraklis and Doxa Dramas and following a spell with Tabor Sezana in Slovenia, played for Almopos and PS Kalamata.

The Greens had earlier signed Willis Furtado, Nemanja Andrijanic and Jan Busuttil.
