Hamrun Spartans found no difficulty in beating bottom placed Gudja United 4-0 at the Tony Bezzina Stadium on Sunday to maintain a three point lead over Floriana at the end of match day 18.

Gudja, on the other hand remain anchored at the bottom with six points.

Luke Montebello put the Spartans ahead after just four minutes, Seth Paintsil doubled the score on the 26th and just before the end of the first half, Elionay made it 3-0.

Uros Djuranovic added another thirteen minutes from time.
