Gzira United maintained a five point lead over Valletta following a 1-1 draw at the National Stadium on Sunday.
The Maroons join Naxxar on the 25 point mark, two ahead of Naxxar and Mosta and three ahead of Santa Lucia with Valletta remaining third from bottom on 20 points.
Valletta took the lead on the 17th minute thanks to a Brandon Paiber freekick which beat goalkeeper Darijan Zarkov.
However, the Maroons levelled matters on the 29th when off a cross by Thaylor from the right, Kyle Spence slotted the ball past goalkeeper Alessandro Guarnone.
Carlos Chaba was unlucky to hit the upright with a header on the 70th for Gzira.
