Hibernians signed Brazilian twenty five year old left back Kleiton do Monte Lima Basilio.

Kleiton played for Central SC, Vera Cruz FC, Barbalha FC, Atletico Pernambucano, Ibis SC and Nova Iguacu FC in Brazil before a spell with FC Balti in Romania.

The Paolites had earlier signed Dexter Xuereb, Pedrao, Federico Falcone and goalkeeper Pablo Sanchez and confirmed the departure of Ferdinando Apap after five years at the club.
