The Futsal Malta Association announced that the draws for the main futsal competitions will be which will be sponsored by Enemed will be held this Wednesday.

Nine teams will take part in the Enemed Futsal League where apart from the established Luxol, University of Malta, Ta’ Xbiex, Swieqi Futsal LEC07, Marsaskala Legends, the Maltese U18 and U19 selections, there is also the introduction of Gżira/Birżebbuġa and Hamrun Sports Club.

On the other hand, there was an addition of another team in the Enemed Women’s Futsal League with Santa Margerita who will have two teams A and B and with them there are also Mtarfa Women, Mtarfa Nursery, Iklin, Lija, Parr Mela Pebbles and Swieqi LEC07.

The men’s league will start in the first week of October while the women’s championship will start fifteen days later. The matches will take place in the National Sports School Pavilion, De La Salle Pavilion and St Aloysius Pavilion.
