Luxol had a perfect start in the Enemed Futsal Premier League Elite phase after beating Marsaskala Legends 7-0.

The team led by Gabriel Dobre dominated from start to finish with Victor Dias Oliveira notching a hat-trick, Luke Gatt scoring twice, Emil Raducu and new signing Luis Negreiros scoring the other goals.

Swieqi United Futsal edged past University of Malta, beatng them 5-4. Despite trailing to their opponents for long stretches, Swieqi reacted wel, managing to turn the score in their favour.

Guillherme Fonseca, Marcelo Alarcon, Karl Luke Schembri, Santiago Roller Cruz and Rodrigo Rocha scored Swieqi’s goals while Cristian Fernandez, Mohamed Elamari, Steven Camilleri and Joseph Gonzalez Baquero scored for UoM.

In the Challenger League, Hamrun SC Futsal NCMB defeated the Malta Under-17 selection 9-0.

Ħamrun had Collin Sammut scoring four goals and Braham Garcia Espinosa twice. Gia Nikvashvili, Hamza Harrat and Sebastian Jimenez scored the remaining goals.

The Malta Under-19 selection gave GZR Birżebbuġa a hard time but the latter emerged as winners, beating them 5-3.

Armando Gjepali scored twice for GZR Birżebbuġa while Cristian Camilo Diaz, Carlos Stiven Alarcon scored a goal each, the other being an own goal. The Uner-19s scored through Isaac Vella, Xylon Mercieca and Neil Gauci.
