Clint Tabone names squad ahead of UEFA Women’s Under-17 Championship qualifiers

Malta Women’s U17 Coach Clint Tabone has announced a 20-player squad for the team’s upcoming fixtures in the UEFA European Women’s U17 Championship Qualifiers, set to take place over the coming days.

The young Maltese team will be facing Bulgaria, Luxembourg, and Azerbaijan in Group B2 of Round 2 of the competition, with the matches set to take place at the Bayil Stadium in Azerbaijan.

Malta will first be taking on Bulgaria on Wednesday 12th March, with kick-off time at 11:00hrs (08:00hrs CET). This will be followed by an encounter against Luxembourg on Saturday 15th March, at the same stadium and with the same kick-off time. The final match will see Malta face off against the group’s hosts, Azerbaijan, on Tuesday 18th March, at the Bayil Stadium at 13:00hrs (10:00hrs CET).
