The Malta Under-21 side will be in action on Thursday as the team led by Ray Farrugia faces Ukraine in Obolon, kick-off at 19:30 CET, in the final match from Group 2 of the UEFA Under-21 Championship qualifiers.
Malta collected five points in the group following a win over Lithuania and a draw with Finland away from home and a draw with Ukraine at the Gozo Stadium.
The team will therefore aim at ending the campaign on a positive note.

goalkeepers Steve Sultana (Qormi), Daniel Balzan (Hibs).
defenders Yessous Camilleri (Balzan), Zach Muscat (Birkirkara), Luca Martinelli (Sliema), Matthew Gauci (Qormi), Ferdinando Apap (Mosta).
midfielders Clyde Borg (Floriana), Ryan Camenzuli (Birkirkara), Bjorn Kristensen (Hibs), Rowen Muscat (Birkirkara), Mark Scerri (Sliema), Ryan Scicluna (Birkirkara), Johann Bezzina (Hibs).
forwards Steve Pisani (Hibs), Darren Falzon (Naxxar), Terence Vella (?amrun), Lydon Micallef (Vittoriosa).
