Ten Premier League players were handed a one-match ban by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner following the weekend’s matches.

The players are: Andre Prates (Balzan), Georgi Kitanov (Floriana), Mirko Esposito and Matias Muchardi (Gudja), Thiago Espindola (Gzira), Robert Bairam (Hibs), Sunday Akinbule (Marsaxlokk), Precious Linus Tenebe (Mosta), Ryan Gilmour Cassar (Naxxar) and Gonzalo Nicolas Virano (Santa Lucia).

In the Challenge League, Daniel Zerafa (Senglea), Emmanuel Bio and Ryan Schembri (Luqa), Jeremy Dalli (Msida), Juan Cruz Aguilar (Swieqi) and Josmar Galea (Zejtun) were banned for one match.

On the other hand, Julian Camilleri (Mgarr) and Luca Bugeja were handed a one-match ban after the Amateur League Championship Decider.
