Santa Lucia FC secured the services of twenty-one year old Romanian defender Robert Bairam Mihalache.

Binu Bairam, who holds a dual Romanian and Spanish passport, was on the books of Salamanca, Real Madrid, Villareal, CD Roda and CF Intercity.

The club, who have appointed Pablo Cortes Sanchez as their new coach, had earlier signed Matthew Calleja Cremona, Michael Johnson and Thomas Rier.
