Jade Flask joins women’s national team squad following withdrawal of Jessica Dimech

The Malta women’s national squad has returned home after a challenging start to their UEFA Women’s Nations League campaign. Following a disappointing result against Cyprus, Malta’s focus has switched to their upcoming match against Andorra, scheduled to take place at the Centenary Stadium on Tuesday at 7:30pm.

Malta’s preparations have been hit by injuries, with key players forced to miss the opening fixture. Goalkeeper Patricia Ebejer had to withdraw from the squad at the last minute due to injury, prompting coach Manuela Tesse to call up Maya Cachia as her replacement.
