Six players were suspended by the Malta Disciplinary Commissioner on Tuesday following the weekend’s matches from the 360Sports Malta Premier.
Thaylor Aldama and Gabriel Bohrer Mentz (Gzira), Raphael Lopes (Hamrun), Lucas Caruana (Hibs), Ulises Arias and Nikolai Muscat (Marsaxlokk) were all banned for one match
Naxxar official Omar Borg was also banned for one match.
In the BOV Challenge League, Tom Tom (Marsa) was banned for three matches while Sebastian Agius and Jonathan Bajada (Santa Lucia), Juan Morales (Swieqi), Dacosta Boadu (Tarxien), Dylan Caruana (Fgura), Jamie Cutajar (Gudja), Eric Mensah (Mtarfa), Steve Meilak and George Tetteh Attram (Senglea) and Hames Vella (Zebbug) were banned for one match.
Lija official Larken Micallef was banned for two matches.
In the IZIBET Amateur League 1, Owen Sammut San Gwann) was banned for three matches, Kyle Tanti and Thomas Vassallo Mintoff (Birzebbuga), Joseul Spiteri (Luqa), Myron Micallef and Mattia Zarb (San Gwann), Melvin Busuttil and Jeremy Busuttil (Vittoriosa), Neil Thomas Farrugia (Kirkop), Dylan Douglas Camilleri and Jacob Farrugia (Mellieha), Luke Taliana (Pembroke), Clayton Salerno (Qormi), Ryan Spiteri (Qrendi) and Gillmore Azzopardi (Zejtun) were suspended for one match.
Vittoriosa official Jonathan Vella was banned for two matches.
On the other hand, in the IZIBET Amateur League 2, Clayton MIfsud (Ta’ Xbiex) was handed a three match ban while Clive Fenech (Ghaxaq), Dejan Cassar (Mdina) and Matthew Robert Gauci (St. George’s) were banned for one match.
