The BOV Second Division clash between Kirkop United and Zebbug Rangers in programme at the Charles Abela Stadium was abandoned by referee Etienne Mangion due to a floodlight failure. Zebbug were leading 2-0.

The referee first suspended the game for ten minutes and eventually waited for over twenty minutes before deciding to abandon the match.

At the Sirens Stadium, Mgarr United defeated St. Venera Lightnings 3-1 while Zurrieq beat St. Patrick 2-0. In another match at the Charles Abela Stadium, Siggiewi defeated Pembroke Athleta 3-0.

Zebbug lead the way with 44 points, followed by St. George’s on 35, Zurrieq 34, San Gwann 33, Msida 31, Fgura 29, Pembroke 28, Siggiewi 27, Mellieha 25, St. Patrick 24, Kirkop 19, Mgarr 15, Gharghur 14, St. Venera 10.
