Senglea Athletic continued to strengthen their squad with the signing of Jan Tanti from San Gwann.

The twenty-one year old is a product of San Gwann but has already experienced Premier League football in the latter part of season 2017/18 when on loan with Mosta.

Senglea, who have appointed Mario Muscat as their new coach, have earlier secured the services of Jordy Lokando, Karl Pulo, Dejan Debono, David Xuereb, Connor Zammit, Sean Cipriott, Brazilians José Wilkson Texeira Rocha and Marcelo Dias, Manolito Micallef, Andrei Spiteri and goalkeeper Anthony Curmi. Leighton Grech and goalkeeper Matthew Farrugia have agreed new deals with the club while Taisei Marukawa was confirmed for next season.
