Marsaxlokk moved back in third place in the BOV Second Division as they defeated Xghajra Tornados 4-0 at the Centenary Stadium on Monday.

Kenneth Aquilina put Marsaxlokk ahead on the 16th minute and Anthony Ewurum doubled the score two minutes later. Ewurum added another eight minutes in the second half with Kenneh Aquilina scoring his second on the 70th.

Marsa lead the way with 34 points followed by San Gwann on 32, Marsaxlokk 31, Mgarr 30, Rabat 28, Zurrieq 25, Melita 22, Kalkara 20, Mellieha 18, Birzebbuga 15, Zabbar 13, Xghajra 9 and Luqa 6.
